Construction Manager (Dar Kulaib, Bahrain)


We are in search of a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. Local candidates are preferred but we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities as well.
