Freelance Translator (Malayalee) in Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Freelance Translator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Malayalee translator, you will be responsible for translating various documents and materials from English to Malayalam and vice versa. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
- Translate written materials from English to Malayalam and vice versa
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of translations
- Revise and edit translations as needed
- Research industry-specific terminology and maintain glossaries
- Communicate with clients to clarify translation requirements

Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Malayalam language
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:
- Previous experience working as a freelance translator
- Familiarity with translation software or tools
- Ability to translate other languages in addition to Malayalam

Salary:
This is a freelance position with a starting salary of $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This is a remote position, but candidates based in Utena, Lithuania are preferred.
