IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes assisting with hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth operation of computer networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up and maintain networks including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Multan (Pakistan) - This is a preference but not a strict requirement.
