Waiter/Waitress (Female)


We are hiring a friendly and experienced female waiter/waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Gujrat. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy of orders and quality of food
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or needs of guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
