Facade Specialist - Clairvaux, France



We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design and installation
- Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights

Responsibilities:
- Designing facade systems for new construction projects or renovation projects
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of facades
- Selecting appropriate materials for facades based on project requirements and budget constraints
- Overseeing the installation process and ensuring quality control
- Conducting regular inspections of existing facades and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance needs
- Developing cost estimates for facade projects and managing project budgets
- Training and supervising junior facade technicians or workers

Education:
A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered.

Language:
Fluency in English is required for this position as you will be working with an international team. Knowledge of French is a plus.
