Job Title: Courier Delivery Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Courier Delivery Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As a Courier Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and timely delivering packages to our customers. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes based on time constraints and customer requirements
- Verify and record package contents and ensure proper documentation for each delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to management

Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan citizen with valid identification documents
- Previous experience as a courier or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of the Sheduva area and its surrounding cities/towns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs and uneven terrain
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (no English required jobs)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
