Front-End Developer

We are in search of a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications. You will work closely with our design team to implement their mockups and ensure the best user experience possible. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages, as well as experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code for future use
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of their designs
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development
- Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Understanding of server-side CSS platforms such as PHP or Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio (open to all nationalities)
