Front-End Web Developer

We are hiring a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end coding languages, responsive design, and website optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with back-end developers to improve functionality
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate designs into code
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, USA (remote work considered for exceptional candidates)
