Entry-Level Merchandiser

We are a well-established retail company looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Set up product displays according to company guidelines and standards
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when stock needs to be replenished
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on product promotions and marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that displays are maintained and products are stocked correctly
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Report any issues or concerns with product quality or display to the appropriate channels

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
