Online Consultant - Fonvieille, Monaco

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service recommendations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients and identifying areas for improvement in our processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This position is open to candidates without prior experience, but candidates with customer service experience will be given preference. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Monaco.
