Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager for our company in Lom, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability through the development and execution of effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and processes
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
- Valid work permit for Lom (visa sponsorship available)
