Body Repair Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and experience in repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paintwork. They should also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repair
- Straighten frames using frame machines or hydraulic jacks
- Remove damaged panels and replace with new ones
- Repair dents, scratches, and other damages on vehicle bodies
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the original color
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
- Communicate with customers about repair options and timelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a body repair technician or master
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to read blueprints or diagrams for body repairs
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy parts and standing for long periods of time
- Fluent in Malayalee language preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
