A reputable construction company in Dickirch is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our growing team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in plastering and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This position offers a salary of $900 per month and does not include accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint
- Mix and apply plaster according to specific instructions
- Apply coats of plaster onto walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out uneven areas and fill any gaps or cracks with plaster
- Create decorative textures by using different techniques such as stenciling or texturing tools
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces as necessary
- Ensure that work is completed within given timeframes and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer for at least 2-3 years
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plastering materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
