We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Dickirch. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will work on both new construction and renovation projects, ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepared before applying plaster. You may also be responsible for repairing damaged or uneven surfaces before plastering.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working with various types of plaster and be able to create different textures and finishes as per the project requirements. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and repairing any imperfections
- Mix and apply different types of plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create various textures and finishes according to project specifications
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces using patching compounds
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area and safe working conditions at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster, textures, and finishes
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license is preferred
