Plasterboard Worker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Acre. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in various buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per week. We welcome applicants of any nationality, but proficiency in English is not required for this position. Freshers are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using screws or adhesives
- Finish joints between plasterboards with tape and joint compound
- Repair damaged or uneven areas of plasterboard
- Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, and screwdrivers
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction safety regulations
