Formwork Supervisor - Triesen, Liechtenstein

We are a construction company in Triesen, Liechtenstein seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team. As a Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our formworkers on various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per week and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers to ensure completion of projects according to schedule and specifications
- Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor job progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking corrective action as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor used on each project
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, safety procedures, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication skills in English (no other languages required)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
