Concierge (Contract) - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments
- Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
