Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and meet all relevant regulations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for industrial buildings, including warehouses, factories, and processing plants
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and functionality of designs
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee construction processes to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
