Architectural Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to lead our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead a team of architects and designers in creating innovative and functional designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Review project progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Manage project costs, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
