Industrial Architect

We are currently hiring for a talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, conducting site visits, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations, as well as experience with project management and budgeting. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients and various stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in a similar role. The salary for this position is $1100 per month, with accommodation provided. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and cost management

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Design industrial buildings according to specifications
- Create detailed plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifespan
