Industrial Architect


We are in need of an experienced and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, your main responsibility will be to design and plan industrial buildings and structures to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz but we welcome applicants from all over Kenya who are fluent in English. This job is suitable for men who meet the required qualifications.
