Industrial Architect
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are in search of a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and practical designs for industrial buildings and facilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design principles
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours. Occasional overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange for their own housing in Wiltz.
