Land Surveyor


We are a leading construction company based in Sharjah and we are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and structures to assist in the planning and development of various projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and is open to Indian nationals with proficient English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements and surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Prepare detailed drawings, maps, and reports based on survey data
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for project planning
- Keep up-to-date records of all survey data collected
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on construction projects in the UAE is an advantage
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
