Instrument Technician



We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Doha. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, level indicators, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any malfunctions or defects.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights if required.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
