Finishing Specialist (Ufa, Russia)


Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for applying finishes to various surfaces according to specifications and standards. This includes preparing surfaces, mixing and applying finishes, and ensuring proper coverage and quality.

Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in finishing or related field preferred
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to work with tools and equipment
- Fluent in English and/or Hindi preferred
- Must be eligible to work in Russia

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming as needed
- Mix finishes according to specifications
- Apply finishes using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
- Ensure consistent coverage and quality of finish
- Clean tools and equipment after use
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
