IT Manager - Herzliya, Nepal


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya, Nepal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security measures are in place to protect sensitive information
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, and cybersecurity measures
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals with effective communication skills
- Proven track record of developing successful IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English language

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply. No English language proficiency is required for this role. We encourage Nepali candidates who meet the qualifications to apply.
