Heavy Equipment Operator


We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, following safety procedures, and completing daily maintenance checks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Complete daily maintenance checks and keep records of maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic who can work independently as well as part of a team. This is a physically demanding job that requires someone who can work in all weather conditions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction or related fields.

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva, Kenya (accommodation not provided)
