Job Title: Welder - Indian Nationals - Salary: $1100 - Akron, USA

We are seeking experienced Welders from India to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques and processes to join metal parts together. This position requires previous experience as a Welder and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine proper welding methods
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welders
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare metal surfaces for welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools used in welding
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
