Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of employees. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Eldoret

Salary: 1300$ per month
