We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations in Eldoret. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service to staff management to financial performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, as well as strong leadership skills and a passion for Indian cuisine. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and staff management
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for best pricing
- Prepare financial reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1300 per month
