As a Heavy Equipment Operator Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery in construction sites in Mauren, Liechtenstein. Your main duties will include supervising and coordinating the work of heavy equipment operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of heavy equipment operators to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new operators on proper equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect equipment regularly for any defects or malfunctions and schedule repairs as needed
- Purchase or rent necessary equipment for specific projects, keeping in mind budget constraints
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Communicate with project managers to coordinate tasks and prioritize work orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy equipment operation is preferred
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or Supervisor in construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment operation methods, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.
