Our construction company in Mauren is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a contract position, perfect for those looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other workers on site
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure high-quality work is being done

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Benefits:
