Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, shopping malls, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget constraints
- Create design concepts and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods to ensure structural integrity
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage timelines and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ without accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role.
