IT Support Technician


We are a leading technology company based in Porto, seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month
