We are seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models that power our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications
- Gather and preprocess large datasets for use in machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Monitor and maintain the performance of existing machine learning models and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as neural networks, decision trees, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience with data preprocessing tools like Pandas or Numpy
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
