Commercial Architect - Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are a reputable architecture firm in Monte-Carlo, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for the commercial project
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and regulations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Monaco
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided.

Other Requirements:
As this is a contract position in Monaco, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
