We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Greenland. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry and hold a valid plumbing license.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Read blueprints and follow building codes to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians and carpenters to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Keep accurate records of all work performed including materials used and time spent on each job

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Valid plumbing license from a recognized institution
- Proven knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
