Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and technical drawings
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress and quality control
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural technology or a related role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
