IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software applications. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their technology needs are met and their systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Train clients on how to use computer systems and software effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
