Job Title: Head Baker
As a head baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking operations in our busy bakery located in Aarhus. You should have a passion for baking and possess strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the bakery staff. Your main duties will include creating and testing new recipes, ordering supplies, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict food safety standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. We also offer opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Our bakery is located in the vibrant city of Aarhus, known for its beautiful architecture, rich culture, and delicious cuisine. The city offers affordable living options with easy access to transportation.
