As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all discussions and interactions are in line with our company's guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and communities to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Engage with community members to maintain a positive and respectful environment
- Address any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community
- Moderate discussions by removing any inappropriate content or comments
- Provide guidance and support to community members when needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues within the community
- Knowledge of online forum platforms and social media management tools
- Understanding of basic internet safety practices
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills is a plus)
- Biometric passport is required for international travel if necessary
