Blast Furnace Operator

We are seeking an experienced Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces to produce iron or steel. You will work closely with the furnace team to ensure smooth production and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnaces to produce iron or steel
- Control furnace temperature, pressure, and flow of materials
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and maintain furnace equipment
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with furnace team members to ensure smooth production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a blast furnace environment
- Knowledge of furnace operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.
