Typesetter (Entry Level) - Os, Norway



We are hiring a Typesetter to join our team in Os, Norway. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for typography and design.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize software and tools to typeset text and graphics according to established standards
- Proofread and edit typeset materials for accuracy, consistency, and overall aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure high-quality end products
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent eye for detail and strong understanding of typography principles
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience with typesetting or graphic design is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
