Barista - Part-Time



We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a temporary position without accommodation and is ideal for students looking to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment and supplies
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and processing payments
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have own visa/permit allowing employment in Norway
