- Welcoming customers and taking their orders
- Preparing and serving various types of coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Suggesting menu items based on customer preferences
- Handling cash transactions accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
