We are seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Installers in Las Vegas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform site assessments to determine feasibility of solar panel installation
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for optimal system performance
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting as needed
- Communicate with customers to provide information about the installation process and answer any questions or concerns
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Freshers:
We welcome applications from freshers who are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic. Training will be provided on the job.

Nationality Preference:
This position is open to candidates of Pakistani or Filipino nationality. English-speaking skills are required.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas, USA. Candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently living in the city.
