Part-Time Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines and milestones
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project progress and report on status updates to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Fluency in Portuguese
