We are a growing company in Medina looking for a dynamic and motivated Indian Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets in the Indian market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the Indian market
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity for senior management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Hindi or Urdu are preferred
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Medina with valid residency or transferable iqama
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the Indian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
