We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Shan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
- Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively support clients.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: 1700$
