A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Kaunas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to repair requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions for repair tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own tools (preferred)
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania without company sponsorship.
